Technical Support & Compliance Monitoring

Every Hermitage Modular—Tarpéia Modular product features full traceability (a unique serial number engraved on the galvanized steel frame).

We provide our B2B partners with:

  • Complete technical documentation (CE certificates of conformity, Eurocode test reports, waterproofing data sheets, and health and safety data sheets).

  • Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Guide tailored to local climatic conditions (alpine, coastal, and tropical regions).

  • DPLG technical support to guide any future expansions or modifications to your modular facilities.

B2B Preventive Maintenance Program (Optional)

To optimize the operation of hotel projects, eco-lodges, senior living communities, and commercial complexes, we offer a structured preventive maintenance program:

  • Periodic Technical Inspection: Inspection of the waterproofing systems, PIR thermal insulation, PVDF-coated aluminum cladding, and structural fasteners.

  • Energy Performance Audit: Verification of the efficiency of Low-E double-glazed windows and doors, as well as HVAC and home automation systems.

  • Preservation of asset value: Maintaining the aesthetic appeal and resale or rental value of the units.

10-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Upon receipt of the structure and approval of the delivery report, Hermitage Modular provides a 10-year structural warranty, managed with complete transparency:

Items Covered by the 10-Year Warranty:

  • 🏗️ Load-bearing structure: Main frame and framework made of hot-dip galvanized steel (for mechanical strength and corrosion resistance).

  • 🛡️ Exterior cladding: Aerospace-grade aluminum siding with a baked-on PVDF fluorocarbon coating.

  • ❄️ Thermal insulation: High-density, closed-cell PIR polyurethane foam (stable thermal resistance).

  • 🪟 Windows & Glazing: Thermal-break aluminum profiles and Low-E laminated tempered double-pane glass (airtight and watertight).

Note: Home automation equipment, plumbing fixtures, and electrical accessories are covered by a 2-year equipment warranty.

Warranty Management & Customer Support Procedure

To ensure a smooth process free of administrative hurdles, all requests are handled directly by our technical department:

  1. B2B Declaration: The agent or project manager submits the request, including the module's serial number and a photo or video description.

  2. Diagnosis within 48 hours: Technical analysis by our engineers and approval of the action plan.

  3. Service & Replacement: Shipping of genuine replacement parts or coordination with authorized on-site maintenance teams.

  4. Case Closure: Intervention Report and Joint Validation of Compliance.
